Rough-terrain class matters when the crane has to leave pavement. A carrier-mounted machine may not be able to reach a backyard pad, a gravel lot or a farm approach — the 110RT is built for exactly that ground.

The 110RT is a 110-ton class rough-terrain crane for picks where the setup is on gravel, packed dirt or a residential lot rather than a paved hardstand. It handles truss placements, HVAC changeouts, steel picks and precast sets within its chart at the working radius.
Yes, provided the outrigger positions have adequate ground bearing. We check the setup area before the crane arrives and use mats where the ground needs them.
Piece weight, pick radius, lift height and a description of where the crane has to sit. Photos of the setup area help confirm ground conditions before the machine is dispatched.
The 110RT travels on its own tyres between sites in the the site city area. Longer road moves and any permit requirements are confirmed at booking.
Outrigger spread is set from the lift chart for the pick radius and piece weight, then checked against the ground on site. Soft spots get mats before the crane is levelled.
Yes. The operator works to the lift plan and coordinates with the crew on the ground for tag lines, landing and placement.
